About
Snap Spaces is a GTA property-media service operated by Daniel Kwon. The work is focused on Matterport 3D tours, HDR listing photos, floor-plan context, and listing-ready delivery for agents and property owners who need the space online quickly without unsupported claims or vague package scope.
01 / Operator
Your shoot is handled by Daniel Kwon, a GTA-based property-media operator focused on reliable delivery, clean communication, and practical packages for working agents.
Snap Spaces is not trying to turn every listing into a film production. The goal is simpler: market-ready media, scoped before the appointment, delivered without unnecessary back-and-forth.
That means the quote and booking conversation matters. The property type, size, access, deadline, package fit, add-ons, and delivery needs are confirmed before the appointment so expectations are clear on both sides.
Where proof is still being built, the site says so plainly. Portfolio examples are labeled as samples until client licensing is confirmed, and pilot projects in progress are not treated as reviews, ratings, or case studies.

Book a Property Shoot02 / Standard
The operating standard is built around listings that need useful media quickly, not a vague production promise.
The standard delivery target is 24-48 hours after the shoot, with rush only quoted when capacity actually allows it.
Scope is confirmed before the appointment: property type, address, access, deadline, package, add-ons, and any MLS or brokerage requirements.
Snap Spaces does not sell vague open-ended packages. The shoot matches the listing need, and larger or custom properties are quoted before booking.
03 / Process
Property address, access, deadline, package fit, media type, prep notes, and any branded/unbranded delivery needs are confirmed before the shoot.
Daniel captures the confirmed HDR photo, Matterport, floor-plan, or custom scope. The property needs to be photo-ready at the appointment time.
Media is delivered through practical links or folders built for MLS, social, client review, and listing workflows where the package allows it.
Matterport tours include the initial hosting period, then can stay live monthly if the listing or property page still needs the tour.
04 / Why 3D + HDR
For many listings, the strongest package is not one media type; it is still photos plus spatial context.
HDR listing photos give the first usable read: finishes, light, room condition, exterior, and detail shots that work for MLS and listing pages.
Matterport 3D tours answer a different question: how the rooms connect. Buyers, tenants, guests, and out-of-town decision makers can understand layout and scale before booking a showing or asking follow-up questions.
When a listing needs more clarity, floor plans add the quick overhead reference. Together, photos, 3D, and floor-plan context reduce confusion and make the listing easier to evaluate online.
The common thread is simple: the property needs to be understood before someone visits it.
Send the property details or book directly if the package is clear.
