A practical handoff

After a standard listing shoot, the point is not just a pretty preview. The deliverable should be usable by the listing team: links, files, package notes, hosting status, and any limitations clearly stated.

For MLS and marketing, branded/unbranded delivery depends on the platform and package. If that split is required, it should be confirmed before booking.

This section is built to accept real listing photos once licensing is confirmed.

Real HDR stills will be added only after approved assets and written licensing are available. Until then, this section stays clearly labeled instead of implying completed client work.

04 / What You Receive

What a completed media package can include.

Final deliverables depend on the package and confirmed add-ons.

  • Matterport tour link when a 3D tour is included
  • HDR listing photo files or delivery folder for the confirmed package
  • Branded and unbranded links when the platform and package allow it
  • Floor-plan files when the add-on or package includes them and the scan supports it
  • Hosting details for the included Matterport period and renewal path
  • Any quoted add-ons, such as extra edits, video clips, listing website, or custom commercial delivery
Portfolio rule: Snap Spaces will not publish fake galleries, stock-property examples, unsupported testimonials, or client-identifying assets without approval. Sample framing stays in place until real licensed work can replace it.
