A strong STR photo set usually starts with the practical questions: where do people sleep, where do they park, how do they enter, what can they cook, where can they work, what amenities are included, and what spaces are shared or private. The shoot can include bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living area, dining/workspace, entry, balcony, exterior approach, parking, laundry, storage, appliances, view, and building amenities when access is available.
For hosts with a larger furnished rental, multi-level layout, or remote guest base, an optional Matterport 3D tour can help show room flow. A 2D floor plan can also be quoted when the scan supports it. If the rental is also being marketed for leasing, sale, or owner reporting, compare the broader real estate media packages.

Set the unit the way a guest should receive it: beds made, towels placed, counters clear, remotes and amenities visible, entry instructions ready, cleaning finished, and maintenance items removed. If the shoot is during turnover, the property must still be camera-ready at the appointment time.
