What does the $249 package include?

The $249 Matterport Mini is a scoped entry option for small or simple spaces: one Matterport 3D tour or about 20 HDR photos, a delivery link, and 30 days of hosting. It's an entry package, not a full media bundle — video, floor plans, and larger properties are priced separately.

How fast is delivery?

Standard target is 24 to 48 hours after the shoot. Rush delivery is available when capacity allows and is quoted before booking.

Do you offer Matterport hosting?

Yes. 3D tours include 30 days of hosting. After that, hosting continues at $9.99/month if you want the tour to stay live.

What if my property is larger?

Larger homes are quoted before booking, so the price is clear up front. Square-footage caps apply per package.

Do you offer drone photography?

Drone photography is not currently offered. Future availability depends on weather, airspace, Transport Canada certification, insurance, and workflow requirements.

What happens after the included hosting period?

Hosting continues at $9.99/month if you want the tour to stay live. Tours may be taken offline if hosting lapses.

What if the property isn't ready?

The property must be photo-ready at the appointment time. Access delays, clutter, pets, or vehicles left in the way can limit the shoot or require a paid reschedule.

Is there a guarantee?

If a quality issue is on our end, we'll reshoot within 7 days. Access problems, property readiness, weather, client-requested changes, and third-party hosting issues are excluded.

What areas do you serve?

We serve the GTA, starting with Toronto, Aurora, Richmond Hill, Markham, and Vaughan. Travel outside the core radius is quoted before booking.

Do you provide branded and unbranded assets?

When the platform and package allow it, we can provide branded and unbranded delivery links for MLS and marketing use. Confirm this before booking if it's required.

How should I prep the property before the shoot?

Make the property photo-ready before the appointment: clear counters, remove clutter, turn on working lights, set blinds, move vehicles, secure pets, and confirm access. Snap Spaces does not stage or clean the property during the shoot.

Can I request specific shots or features?

Yes. Add required rooms, angles, amenities, access notes, or brokerage requirements in the quote or booking details before the appointment. Anything unusual is confirmed before the shoot is placed on the calendar.

Is payment or a deposit handled before the shoot?

Payment timing, deposits, and accepted payment methods are confirmed before the shoot is booked. Final payment and delivery terms are confirmed in the quote or booking workflow.
