Practical booking terms for Snap Spaces property-media services.
Before booking: Confirm the package, property, access, delivery needs, payment timing, and any add-ons in writing before the appointment is placed on the calendar.
1. Terms / Scope of Service
Snap Spaces Media provides real estate media services - Matterport 3D tours, HDR photography, floor plans, and related deliverables - in the Greater Toronto Area. Each booking covers only the package, property, deliverables, and add-ons confirmed before the appointment.
Additional rooms, buildings, units, revisits, rush requests, video edits, floor plans, hosting extensions, listing websites, virtual staging, commercial use cases, or unusual licensing needs are outside the default scope unless confirmed in writing. Packages assume one property or unit unless quoted otherwise. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.
2. Booking & Payment
Bookings are made through the Snap Spaces calendar or by quote. Prices are in CAD plus applicable taxes. Payment methods, deposit requirements, balance timing, and delivery conditions are confirmed before booking and before media is released.
No online payment path is enabled through this static site. If a deposit, prepayment, or balance condition applies, it is confirmed in the quote or booking workflow before the appointment.
3. Cancellation / Reschedule
Reschedules and cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or reschedules inside 24 hours, lockouts, tenant/building issues, or no-access on arrival may incur a trip or reschedule fee confirmed in the quote.
Weather-dependent exterior elements may be rescheduled when needed. If the interior can still be captured, Snap Spaces may complete the interior work and schedule weather-sensitive exterior work separately when practical.
4. Property Access / Client Responsibilities
The property must be photo-ready at the appointment time: tidy, lights working, blinds set, surfaces clear, vehicles moved, rooms unlocked, and pets secured. The client is responsible for access through lockbox, key, buzzer, concierge, tenant, owner, or someone on site.
The client is also responsible for securing valuables, private documents, personal information, and sensitive areas before the shoot. Time spent waiting for access, clearing clutter, coordinating tenants, or working around blocked rooms may reduce coverage or require a paid reschedule. Snap Spaces is not responsible for staging, cleaning, repairs, moving furniture, or moving the client's belongings.
5. Turnaround / Delivery
Standard delivery target is 24-48 hours after the shoot, via a digital delivery link, folder, or platform link. Rush delivery is available only when capacity allows and is quoted before booking.
Delivery timing excludes delays caused by access issues, property readiness, weather, client-requested changes, missing information, payment issues, or third-party platforms such as Matterport processing and hosting.
6. Corrections / Reshoots / Refunds
If a quality issue is on the Snap Spaces side, Snap Spaces will correct it or reshoot the affected item within 7 days at no charge. This replaces broad money-back language and is intended to solve real production issues.
This does not cover access problems, property readiness, weather, clutter, staging choices, client-requested changes after delivery, rooms not made available, owner/tenant coordination issues, platform processing issues, or third-party hosting issues. Refunds, where reasonable, are limited to the affected service.
7. Travel / Service Area
Snap Spaces serves the GTA core radius, including Toronto, Aurora, Richmond Hill, Markham, Vaughan and surrounding areas. The current working radius is approximately 30 minutes from the normal operating route.
Travel outside the core radius is quoted before booking as a flat zone or distance-based fee. Service outside the core radius is not assumed until travel, timing, access, and scope are confirmed.
8. Matterport Hosting
3D tours include 30 days of hosting from delivery. After that, hosting continues at $9.99/month if you keep the tour active, unless a different hosting term is confirmed in writing.
Tours may be taken offline if hosting lapses, if a third-party platform changes availability, if the client requests removal, or if the tour cannot remain public for privacy or licensing reasons. Hosting fees cover continued tour availability; they do not create a permanent storage guarantee.
9. Photo / Video / Tour Licensing
On full payment, the client receives a license to use the delivered media for marketing the specific listing or property, including MLS, social, listing sites, email, brokerage material, and client presentations where the package allows it.
Snap Spaces retains copyright and the right to use the media in its own portfolio and marketing unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the shoot. Media may not be resold, sublicensed, transferred to unrelated third parties, or reused for a different property or purpose without permission. Portfolio use still requires practical licensing judgment and should not include sensitive or private material.
10. Drone / Weather / Airspace
Drone and aerial media is not currently offered. Future availability depends on Transport Canada RPAS certification, insurance, weather, airspace authorization, site suitability, and workflow confirmation. No drone services are sold until those requirements are in place.
11. Privacy / Data
Snap Spaces collects contact, property, booking, access, scope, delivery, and communication details needed to quote, schedule, shoot, deliver, support, and keep business records for property-media services.
Operational data may be stored in GoHighLevel and related service providers used for forms, booking, CRM, delivery, analytics, hosting, and payment processing if payment processing is enabled later. Snap Spaces does not sell personal information. Privacy requests can be sent to [email protected].
12. SMS / Email Consent
By checking the consent box on booking or quote forms, you agree to receive transactional messages such as booking confirmations, reminders, and delivery links by SMS and email. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time, or unsubscribe via the link in any email. Consent to marketing messages is separate and optional.
