What We Collect

We collect contact and property details you submit, including name, email, phone if submitted through a form, property address, booking details, package scope, access notes, deadline, square footage or property type, requested deliverables, consent selections, and messages related to the shoot.

We may also collect operational records such as quote history, appointment status, delivery links, hosting preferences, correction requests, reshoot notes, and internal notes needed to support the booking. If payment processing is enabled later, payment details are handled by the payment processor and are not stored directly by Snap Spaces.

How We Use It

We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, schedule appointments, confirm access and prep, complete the shoot, deliver media, send transactional messages, support Matterport hosting, handle corrections or reshoots, maintain business records, and improve the website and booking process.

Cookies & Tracking

Snap Spaces uses Google Tag Manager container GTM-PW4QK35P. Tags inside the container may support analytics, conversion measurement, advertising measurement, event tracking, and website diagnostics when configured.

These tools may use cookies, pixels, or similar technologies to understand page visits, form activity, booking activity, traffic sources, and campaign performance. You can control cookie behavior in your browser settings. Tracking tags are managed through GTM rather than separate page snippets.

GoHighLevel / CRM Data

Quote forms, contact forms, booking workflows, appointment details, consent records, and follow-up records may be stored in GoHighLevel, the CRM and automation platform used by Snap Spaces. GoHighLevel may process the data needed to route inquiries, manage appointments, store contact records, and send transactional messages.

Do not submit information you do not want stored in the CRM. If you need a record corrected or deleted where legally permitted, email [email protected].

Sharing & Third Parties

We share information only with operational vendors needed to run the business, such as CRM, booking, hosting, analytics, payment, delivery, email, SMS, and website tools. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Property media may be shared through delivery links, Matterport links, listing platforms, MLS workflows, or client-approved marketing channels. Clients are responsible for confirming that private, sensitive, tenant, or owner information is removed or hidden before the shoot.

Your Rights

You may ask what personal information we hold, correct inaccurate information, withdraw marketing consent, or request deletion where legally permitted. Email [email protected].

Retention

Booking, delivery, hosting, payment, and transaction records may be retained as required for tax, accounting, operational, quality-control, and dispute-resolution purposes. Marketing records are retained until consent is withdrawn or the record is no longer needed.

SMS / Email Consent

When a quote or booking form includes a consent checkbox, that consent may allow Snap Spaces to send transactional messages such as confirmations, reminders, access questions, delivery links, and service updates by email or SMS. Marketing consent is separate and optional. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS where available, or use unsubscribe links in marketing email.

Security

Snap Spaces uses practical administrative and vendor-based safeguards for website, CRM, booking, and delivery workflows. No online system is guaranteed to be risk-free. Do not submit sensitive personal, legal, financial, or identity documents unless Snap Spaces specifically requests them for a confirmed operational reason.
