Real estate photography in the GTA should be priced around scope, not vague package names. A small condo that needs a simple photo set is not the same job as a larger detached listing that needs HDR photos, a 3D tour, a floor plan, video assets, and a tight delivery window.
Snap Spaces keeps the public ladder simple: pricing starts at $249, with standard listing media at $549, premium listing kits at $849, and custom large or commercial scopes from $1,199+.
What changes the price
The biggest price drivers are property size, deliverables, access, travel, and deadline.
A photo-only appointment is usually more straightforward than a combined photo, 3D tour, and floor-plan package. A furnished rental may need more detail coverage than an empty listing. A commercial space may need privacy planning, after-hours access, or a quote-first workflow. A larger home may need more time to capture room flow properly.
The quote should also account for access. Condo elevators, visitor parking, concierge rules, tenants, lockboxes, pets, alarms, and blocked rooms all affect whether the shoot can run cleanly.
What the Snap Spaces tiers mean
The $249 entry option is for small or simple spaces. It can work when the property needs either a Matterport 3D tour or about 20 HDR photos, not a full multi-deliverable launch.
The $549 Standard Listing Launch is built for common condo, townhome, and standard detached listings. It includes HDR photos, Matterport, and a floor plan when available from the scan.
The $849 Premium Listing Kit adds video and social clips when editing capacity is confirmed.
Large, luxury, short-term rental, or commercial properties are quoted from $1,199+ when the scope is not standard.
Add-ons to confirm before booking
Common add-ons include floor plans, rush delivery, extra edited photos, listing websites, virtual staging, and social reels. Drone, aerial, and twilight are not currently offered by Snap Spaces.
