Toronto Condo Listing Photography: Access, Prep, and Media Choices

What agents and owners should confirm before booking real estate photography for Toronto condo listings.

Toronto condo shoots can be simple when access is organized. They can become messy when concierge rules, elevator bookings, visitor parking, lockboxes, tenants, pets, and tight showing windows are left until the appointment.

The media package matters, but the access plan matters first.

What to confirm before booking

Send the full building address, unit number, lockbox location, concierge instructions, visitor parking details, elevator booking requirements, tenant or owner contact, and whether balcony, parking, locker, lobby, or amenities should be captured.

If amenity photos are needed, confirm building permission first.

Photos, 3D tour, or floor plan?

For many condos, HDR listing photos are the base. Add a floor plan when the layout is hard to understand from photos or when the unit has a den, long hallway, unusual entry, split bedrooms, or multi-level design.

Add a 3D tour when remote evaluation matters or the agent wants buyers to understand flow before a showing.

Prep checklist

Clear counters, hide toiletries, close closets that should not be shown, remove personal items, turn on lights, open blinds when appropriate, and keep floors clear. If the unit is tenant-occupied, coordinate prep before the appointment.

For local pages, start with real estate photography in Toronto or request a quote if the building has unusual access needs.

Need listing media scoped for a property?

Send the address, property type, square footage, media needs, deadline, and access notes. Snap Spaces will confirm the package, travel, and timing before the shoot.
